Questions

What does GoBuild Radar do?It shows you every building permit in Toronto, Brampton, Kitchener, Mississauga and Ottawa the morning it lands, with the job type, size, stage and, where the city publishes it, who is building — and texts members the jobs they asked about.
Which cities does Radar cover?Toronto, Brampton, Kitchener, Mississauga and Ottawa. Toronto, Brampton and Kitchener refresh daily; Mississauga and Ottawa monthly. More cities are added on request.
How fast is it?New Toronto filings and newly issued Kitchener and Brampton permits appear within 24 hours. Toronto also shows applications while they are still under review, weeks before a permit is issued.
Can I see the homeowner's phone number? No city publishes homeowner phone numbers. Radar gives members the street address, the builder's name and, where the city lists one, the builder's phone. For the rest there is the On-Site service: our field team visits the site and makes the first contact for you.
Is there a free version? The public site shows every job with its area, job type, value and scores. Members get the street, the builder, the phone and the morning text. You can also buy a single lead without a membership.
Who is it for?Trades who want jobs (plumbers, framers, HVAC, electricians, renovators), and anyone who sells to builders: subcontractors, suppliers, site services, post-construction cleaning, lenders.
How are leads priced?Per lead, shown at checkout, scaled by the lead's score and the size of the job. You are buying the work, not the result: we never promise an outcome.
