How it works
Every building permit in Toronto, Brampton, Kitchener, Mississauga and Ottawa, the morning it lands. Here's what you do with it.
1. Tell us your trade and your area.Plumbing in Brampton. Framing in Kitchener. Whatever you do, wherever you work.
2. Every morning, the new jobs are there.A text at 6 AM with each job that landed: where, what, how big, who's building. In Toronto you see jobs the day the paperwork goes in — weeks before anyone breaks ground.
3. Call first. One job. The first credible call usually gets it. Members get the street, the builder and the phone where the city lists one; a bought lead adds tracking, a site visit and our first contact on your behalf.
What every job carries
Job type and structure · city and area · stage (paperwork in, issued, completed) · value and units where published · builder on record · filed by (builder, homeowner, designer) · two scores: worth chasing, builder hiring · the trades it will need and roughly when · and, for members, the street and the people on the permit.
